What makes these courses different?

Evidence Based

Grounded in clinical trauma research, attachment theory, neurobiology, and psychology.

Christian Worldview

There are plenty of courses out there, but very few that hold together a strong evidence base with a Christian worldview. This work is grounded in Christian faith, not as a crutch but as the true resource of life that it is.

Clinically Sequenced

The order of the material is set to help you heal at a kind pace.  You can't grieve what you haven't named. You can't forgive what you haven't noticed. It respects how you actually heal.

Made for Real Life

Video, audio, and e-books for every lesson. Self-paced, returnable, and lifetime access. This isn't a webinar, it's a resource you'll come back to often.

Created by a Therapist

This isn't self-help from an influencer, coach, or AI, this is real human care by someone who has done the work to learn, grow, and care in deep ways.

Practical Approach

Designed to provide the skills in a practical approach. It offers actual, clinically grounded skills to help you move forward.
Change is like washing dirty dishes.
It is hard. It's sometimes messy. It's not always fun.
And it often gets worse the longer you wait to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

What will it cost me to do this course?

This course will cost you some time, some money, and some emotional energy and focus.  You might feel like you don't have a lot of that already.  But I can assure you that the resources on this course will help you be less reactive, consumed, and overwhelmed in daily life.  So it does have a cost, but it's one that is worth it.

Can I really change? Is it worth trying to?

What is already hard often stays hard when it is left unattended. If you have been carrying the same challenges for a long time, waiting usually means you keep paying the same costs (in time, energy, relationships, and care). This course gives you a gentle, structured way to begin now, at a pace you can manage. I wouldn't be in this work if I didn't know people could change.  You're worth caring for, and this is a small way to do that for yourself.

Is this course a replacement for therapy?

No. This course is educational and reflective, not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, crisis care, or diagnosis/treatment. It can be a helpful starting point, a support alongside therapy, or a way to practice skills between sessions. If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or need urgent support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

How much time does this take?

You can move through it at your own pace. Many people do best with 20-40 minutes at a time, then a little space to reflect and apply what they learned. If you prefer, you can also do shorter sessions (10-15 minutes) more regularly. The aim is steady progress rather than intensity.

Who is this course for?

This course is for people who want practical, clinically informed guidance in a format they can return to, without pressure. It is especially suited to you if you are thoughtful, motivated to grow, and want a grounded approach that respects both evidence-based psychology and Christian faith. If you have complex trauma, active addiction, eating disorders, or severe symptoms, it may be best used alongside professional support.

What difference does it make to be Christian and clinical?

It means you do not have to choose between faith and evidence-based care. A Christian and clinical approach takes clinical best practice seriously (clarity, skills, boundaries, and psychological insight) while also making space for Christian meaning and practice (hope, prayer, scripture, community, and values). The goal is integration that is honest, compassionate, and practical. Faith in this is not heavy-handed or pushy, it's a gentle invitation to join your faith in your recovery.

What if I open up a big topic I've otherwise avoided?

The course is designed to help you approach big topics with care, in small steps, and with options to pause. You stay in control of how deep you go and when. If something feels overwhelming, slow down, take breaks, and consider getting additional support from a trusted therapist, pastor, or supportive person in your life.  And if you are going into this knowing there is big stuff, it may be best to do this alongside a trusted person to support you.

I don't think I'm ready for this.

For those who have experienced deep pain and brokenness in a place where they felt alone, trapped, or uncared-for . . . it makes sense that even moving towards change would feel really threatening. If you wait until you feel ready, you may never take the steps to move forward.  It takes courage.  And when you decide it's worth the cost, you can do it.
